Primary Coordinator

**Position**: Female Primary Coordinator

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the primary section, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment for students.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of education and student outcomes.
- Coordinate with teachers to develop and implement the primary curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.
- Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss student progress, curriculum development, and other relevant issues.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other coordinators and school administrators to ensure smooth coordination between primary and other sections of the school.
- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in primary education and incorporate them into the school's practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
- Passion for working with children and ensuring their holistic development.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Coordinator: 5 years (required)
