**Roles & responsibilities of a Unit trainer**:

- Should have minimum 3 -4 years of experience in Training & development
- Certification courses in training & development is add on value
- Collate the data of Training need identification from PMS
- Prepare the training calendar in co-ordination with Corporate HR
- To assign E-learning program on oracle & to follow up for the closure
- Ensure the implementation of the training as per the training calendar
- Ensure the measurement of training effectiveness through periodical feedback from HOD’s
- To develop, design & conduct new training program as per identification of training needs
- Fluency in English & Kannada
- Qualification : Any Degree
- Experience Industry : Healthcare (Hospital).Qualification - Any degree

**Salary**: ₹30,604.53 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
