Job Description: As a Sales Associate in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in pharmaceutical sales and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and rewarding industry. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate leads within assigned territory,
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them on the benefits of our pharmaceutical products, and address any questions or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, leveraging these relationships to drive product adoption and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and territory plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and address customer needs effectively.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in line with company guidelines and policies.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer interactions, market trends, and sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and market developments through continuous learning and training programs.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to expand networks, enhance product knowledge, and stay updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor’s degree with good communication skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
