**Key Responsibilities**
- Create MEP Design Drawings:
Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC layouts, electrical wiring diagrams, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring all plans are precise and aligned with project specifications.
- Collaborate with Project Teams:
Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP designs with structural and architectural plans.
- Ensure Compliance with Codes and Standards: Verify that all MEP designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Conduct Calculations and Analysis:
Perform load calculations, pressure drop analysis, and energy efficiency assessments for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Revise and Update Drawings: Modify designs based on feedback, project changes, or site conditions, maintaining updated records for all revisions.
- Site Coordination and Support:
Participate in site visits to understand real-world conditions, verify design feasibility, and support installation teams during construction phases.
- Maintain Documentation:
Keep accurate records of all MEP designs, calculations, and design modifications for future reference and project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD; experience with Revit MEP, BIM, or similar design software is preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in MEP design within building construction, with a portfolio of completed commercial or industrial projects.
- Attention to Detail:
Excellent attention to detail to ensure high accuracy in design and identify potential conflicts within MEP systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze and resolve design issues, considering project constraints and efficiency.
- Communication Skills:
Strong collaborative skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.

Work Environment
- Location: Office-based.
- Hours: Full-time, with flexibility based on project needs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
