**Roles and responsibilities:

- **
- Managing outbound and inbound calls
- Providing information to the customers about the service offering of the company
- Completing and verifying documentation process of the customers related to financial market, mutual fund etc
- Resolving the queries of the customers over the call
- Taking timely followup of customers
- Maintaining daily data records of customer interactions
- Being punctual to the office.

**Skills required:

- 12th pass or graduation in any field
- Basic computer knowledge
- Known to phone etiquette
- Effective communication skills
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
