Role Summary Responsible for barcoding jewelry pieces according to their specifications. Barcodes are applied to products as a means of quick identification. They are used as part of the purchase process, in stockroom to track inventory, and on invoices to assist in accounting.

Roles & **KRA 1: Barcoding Process**

Responsibilities Responsible of barcoding according to the product specifications
- Coordination with inventory executive, and collect the bill of the material
- Printing of Barcoding and system entry
- Tagging the products, coordination with finance and studio departments

**KPI s**
- Barcode generation.
- Precise handling of barcode.

**KRA 2: Documentation**
- Record information through the use of automated scanners as well as digital data entry systems.
- Record the shipment details and proper documentation.
- MIS & Documentation.

**KPI**
- Documentation and control.
- Precise digital data entry.

**KRA 3: Quality Control and Quality Check**
- Responsible for the quality check of each jewelry.
- Needs to be check the stone fixing, detect the metal crack.
- Checking the barcodes details are entered correctly.
- Responsible for engraving and the proper machine handling.

- Precision in barcoding.
- Inventory management.

**Entry Requirements**

Qualification Span of Experience

2-5 YEARS IN BARCODING IN RETAIL SECTOR

Graduate Or Plus Two

Experience in working as Barcode Jr. associate is an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
