Be familiar with sanitation regulations **Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc ** Cook food in a timely manner **Assign tasks to kitchen staffs ** Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen **Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed ** Experiment with new recipes **Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations ** Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy) Requirements**:Proven work experience as a chef or cook ** Good communication skills **Great time management skills ** Strong organizational skills **Ability to do multi-tasking ** Leadership skills **Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques ** Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes **Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
