**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception**: Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Reservation Management**: Manage the reservation system, both online and over the phone. Assign guests to tables while managing the seating flow to maximize the dining room capacity efficiently.
- **Seating Guests**: Escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and provide information about the restaurant’s concept and special offerings.
- **Customer Service**: Assist guests with any inquiries, accommodate special requests, and ensure guest satisfaction from entry to exit.
- **Wait Time Management**: Inform guests of expected wait times and ensure they are comfortable during the waiting period, offering updates when necessary.
- **Feedback Collection**: Engage guests in light conversation, collect feedback about their experience, and relay the feedback to the restaurant manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a hostess or in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fine dining restaurant setting.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- **Customer Service**: Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage reservations, guest seating, and waitlists efficiently.
- **Appearance**: Professional, polished appearance and good grooming standards.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in hospitality are a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
