**Role Description**

This is a full-time job for a Junior Architect located in Thrissur. The Junior Architect will work on the design and planning of architectural projects, assist in the preparation of project proposals, and perform site visits and consultations. The Junior Architect will also coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements and standards are met.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B Arch)
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and LUMION, etc
- Excellent knowledge of building materials, construction details, and regulations
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
