- What will you be doing
- On a daily basis, some of your work will involve but is not limited to:

- Write clean, secure, and well-tested code
- Build tools and integrate systems to scale the effectiveness of the product
- Serve as a mentor and supporter for fellow developers and team members
- Must have:

- 5+ years of experience in software development experience
- 3+ years of experience in building highly reliable and scalable APIs in Golang, Python, or Java
- 2+ years of experience in deploying and maintaining services in one of the cloud platforms (AWS preferably, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in designing and documenting the architecture of high throughput systems
- Hands-on experience in distributed systems and Microservices
- Excellent communication skills
- Good to have:

- Hands on experience in provisioning Infrastructure through IaaC frameworks like terraform
- Experience in one of the Frontend frameworks (ReactJs or Angular)
- Mentored 3-4 junior engineers in a project
- Set-up / Managed CI/CD pipeline for service deployments
- Early stage startup experience (build/ 0 to 1 stage)
- Fintech or payments product experience
