Counselor Dermatologist

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultations**:

- Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking skincare and aesthetic treatments.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client concerns, goals, and expectations.
- Provide detailed explanations of treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-care routines.
- **Treatment Guidance**:

- Educate clients on the benefits, procedures, and outcomes of various dermatological and aesthetic treatments offered by the clinic.
- Assist clients in choosing appropriate treatments based on their skin type, concerns, and medical history.
- Coordinate with dermatologists to ensure clients receive personalized recommendations.
- **Client Support and Follow-Up**:

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide pre
- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to track client progress and satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and repeat visits.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including consultation notes and treatment history.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the clinic team in achieving sales targets by promoting treatments and products.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with dermatologists, aestheticians, and other staff to deliver seamless client care.
- Stay updated on new treatments, products, and techniques offered by the clinic.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a dermatology or aesthetics clinic.
- Familiarity with skincare treatments, products, and dermatological procedures.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex treatments in an easy-to-understand manner.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
