**Position: Physiotherapy Supervisor**

**Location: Ernakulam**

As a Physiotherapy Supervisor, your primary role is to oversee the physiotherapy department and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for the following:
**1. Supervision**:Supervise and manage the work of physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants, and support staff. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

**2. Patient Care**: Assess patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment as necessary, and ensure the delivery of effective physiotherapy services.

**3. Staff Development**: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for staff members. Identify areas for skill improvement and coordinate training opportunities.

**4. Administrative Tasks Manage the day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy department.**: includes scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining patient records in compliance with relevant regulations.

**5. Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure that patient care adheres to established standards and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.

**6. Collaboration**: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide integrated and holistic patient care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

**7. Education and Research**: Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy and healthcare. Engage in research activities and share knowledge with the team. Conduct in-service training sessions for staff as needed.

**8. Safety**: Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Implement safety protocols and procedures, and conduct regular safety audits.

**9. Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, treatment plans, progress notes, and other documentation required for patient care and compliance.

**10. Leadership**: Demonstrate strong leadership skills by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Motivate and inspire the physiotherapy team to provide the best care possible.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Relevant certification.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
