**Responsibilities**:
**IndiaMART Management**:

- Actively manage and optimize the company's presence on IndiaMART.
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing to maintain competitiveness.

**Order Processing**:

- Handle end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with the warehouse team for timely dispatch.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and delivery details.

**Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market insights.

**Preparation and Documentation**:

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all sales-related paperwork and records.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial products or pump spare parts.
- Familiarity with IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in MS Office Suite:_
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Competency in MS PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Word for document preparation and editing.
- Language Proficiency:_
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Tamil is essential for effective communication with local customers and suppliers.
- Knowledge of Hindi is a bonus and will be considered an added advantage.
- Sales and Communication:_
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Customer-focused approach with a knack for building rapport.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills:_
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and trends in MS Excel.
- Organizational skills for efficient order processing and documentation.
- Team Collaboration:_
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and departments.
- Effective communication skills to convey information within the team.
- Adaptability:_
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Sales Acumen:_
- Proven sales skills and experience in achieving or exceeding targets.
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the submersible pump spare parts industry.
- IndiaMART and Online Platforms:_
- Familiarity with IndiaMART and other online platforms for effective management and optimization.
- Documentation and Reporting:_
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and reporting.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the field of industrial products or pump spare parts.

**Salary**: ₹11,447.33 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:
