Establishing Quality Standards: Quality Managers are responsible for developing and implementing quality standards and guidelines that align with industry best practices and customer requirements. This includes defining quality metrics, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.

Quality Assurance: Quality Managers oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure that products or services consistently meet the established standards. They may conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality procedures.

Quality Control: Quality Managers are responsible for monitoring and controlling quality during the production or service delivery process. This involves conducting inspections, testing samples, and analyzing data to identify and address any deviations or defects.

Continuous Improvement: Quality Managers promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. They analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. They work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and process enhancements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Training and Education: Quality Managers provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices. They ensure that staff members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting: Quality Managers maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and processes. They prepare reports on quality metrics, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives to communicate progress and recommendations to senior management.

Supplier and Customer Relations: Quality Managers collaborate with suppliers and customers to establish and maintain strong relationships. They may conduct supplier evaluations, quality assessments, and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints raised by customers.

Regulatory Compliance: Depending on the industry, Quality Managers ensure that the organization complies with relevant quality regulations, standards, and certifications. They stay up-to-date with industry changes and work to ensure the company's processes and products align with the required standards.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
