**Role Outcomes**:
Working closely with Project managers - Coordinating, monitoring and tracking the project tasks.

Working closely with the teams and driving them to complete the assigned tasks.

Tracking Customer’s CR and Support requests to closure.

Tracking all activities from - BRD to delivery of FSD to Delivery of solution to customers.

Co-ordination of various tasks involved during QC, SIT & UAT and Rollout Support

Working closely with customers support organization in tracking Support requests, Data Corrections requirements, System Defects.

Tracking the SLA, TAT for UAT and Production Tickets

Co-ordinating with QC and Engineering teams for various Project and Support activities.

Preparing Weekly status reports and Project trackers.

Tracking Commercials/Billing/Payments

**Key Skills**:
Should have done Management or BBA course.

Knows Project management techniques.

Should have knowledge of banking and finance.

Excellent communication skills is a must (English and Hindi).

Knowledge of Excel, Word and PPT.

Technical knowledge is good to have.
