Position Title: Tele Sales Representative
Location: Lakdikapul
Company Overview: Etihadprime Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of Software Development and Digital marketing services. We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our sales team.
Job Purpose: As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to communicate with customers and promoting our services over the phone. Mobile and customers data will be provided by the company. You will be expected to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our services.
Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
Provide customers with relevant information about our services.
Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales information.
Continuously update product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and techniques.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
Qualification: Inter +
**Requirements**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Voice Process: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
