**Entrepreneurship Development Officer - Learning (EDO-1)**
**Location**: [Western UP & UK]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet **sales targets** and conduct regular **field visits**.
- Organize **group formations**, **training sessions**, and **center meetings**.
- Maintain accurate **records** and perform **Loan Utilization Checks**.
- Ensure **timely collections** and resolve distressed payments.
- Build networks to expand client base and branch reputation.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: 12th Pass / Graduate (Age: 20-32).
- **Mandatory**: Driving License, Two-Wheeler, PAN, and Aadhar.
- Open to **travel** and **relocation**.

**Skills**:

- Sales-driven, strong communication, multi-tasking, and target-oriented.

**Salary**: ₹1.8 LPA - ₹4.0 LPA

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
