**_ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND _**_:
**_JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES: _**
- The Communications, Relations, and Events Department of AHI is responsible for the entire gamut of strategic internal and external communications and relationship building of the organization, its subsidiary Quality Health Access Private Limited, and Affordable Quality Health. _

**_Key Job Responsibilities: _**
- **_Research and Content Planning: _**
- _Conduct research to understand the organization’s themes and areas of work. _
- _Plan and create content for social media and other communication activities in alignment with these themes. _
- _Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the field of social media and digital marketing. _
- _Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent posting across social media platforms. _
- **_SEO Optimization: _**
- _Ensure that all online content is optimized according to SEO standards and principles to improve discoverability on search engines. _
- _Incorporate relevant keywords and meta descriptions to enhance content visibility. _
- **_Content Creation: _**
- _Write online blogs and create video content that highlights the organization’s work and thematic areas. _
- _Develop engaging and informative content to attract and retain the target audience’s interest _
- _Create compelling and shareable content that resonates with the target audience. _
- **_Review and Proofreading: _**
- _Review and proofread all content to maintain consistency with the organization’s brand and style guidelines. _
- _Correct errors in grammar, punctuation, style, and formatting _
- **_Coordination with Communications Manager: _**
- _Collaborate closely with the Communications Manager to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content. _
- _Seek feedback and make necessary revisions as per the manager’s guidance. _
- **_Website Management: _**
- _Regularly create and update website content to keep it current and informative. _
- _Monitor website traffic and social media engagement, making improvements as needed to enhance user experience. _
- **_Collaboration with Graphics Designer: _**
- _Coordinate with the Graphics Designer to ensure that all visuals and design elements adhere to the organization’s brand guidelines. _
- _Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all online platforms. _
- **_Stakeholder Communication: _**
- _Take the initiative in drafting various written stakeholder communication materials, such as letters, follow-up messages, and responses. _
- _Ensure these communications are sent out in a timely manner under the guidance of the Communications Manager. _
- **_Social Media Strategy Development: _**
- _Collaborate with the internal team to define clear fundraising goals and objectives. _
- _Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s fundraising objectives. _
- _Conduct research to identify and understand the organization’s target audience, including donor personas. _
- _Use data and analytics to segment the audience and tailor messaging accordingly. _
- **_Campaign Planning and Execution: _**
- _Plan and execute fundraising campaigns on social media, including donation drives, crowd funding initiatives, and giving days. _
- _Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize donations and engagement. _
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Communication/Digital Marketing or any other relevant field. _

**_QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES: _**

**_Experience _**
- _Minimum three years of experience working as a content creator, writer, and social media strategist _

**_Skills/Competencies Required: _**

- _Ability to pay attention to details _
- _Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication; _
