**Position Summary**:
The Social Media Marketer plays a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of various social media platforms. The Social Media Marketer is responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize the organization's online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, key messages, and appropriate channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, videos, graphics, and interactive media. Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- **Community Management**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and stakeholders while managing online reputation.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, optimize content, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze key performance metrics across social media platforms, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Generate reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Continuously research competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Cultivate brand advocates and influencers within the online community. Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 1 year in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation across various platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for engaging content.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends, technologies, and platforms.
- Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
