Executive Housekeeping

**FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø Organize, supervise, and coordinate the work of housekeeping personnel on a day to day basis of the units assigned in the cluster.
Ø Support for operational properties and upcoming projects total setup from housekeeping point of view.
Ø Responsible to manage the resources given by the management & for the proper use of the manpower and materials.
Ø Responsible for saving the cost for the Department as well as for the units without affecting the standard.
Ø Responsible for training, supervision, discipline and follow the systems of all Housekeeping.
Ø Monitoring quality control of units.
Ø Reports to the Regional Manager - Housekeeping in the development and implementation of systems.
Ø Responsible to check the quality and prices of the materials for the Housekeeping.
Ø Responsible to check the work of the staffs in terms of qualitatively and quantitatively.
Ø Responsible to plan housekeeping budgets for the year, monthly inventory, MIS reports.
Ø Help safeguard the Multiplex assets by implementing control procedures for supplies, equipment, and other items.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø **Budgeting**:
1. Prepare Budgets for Housekeeping for the assigned units by keeping cost in controls & optimizing on the sanctioned budgets in coordination with Corporate Team & RMHK.
2. Control the overhead expenses and remains within the budget. Produces monthly reports on preventive maintenance and analysis of loss/usage per area on every major expense category including but not limited to labour, chemicals, supplies, laundry, uniforms and contract cleaning.
Ø **Head Office support to the cluster head**:
1. Preparation of yearly agreements, Addendums, Rate contracts and LOI of all the existing units, and maintaining a record of the said documents.
2. Monitoring of Stock inventory, Scheduled maintenance, notifications actual cost versus Budget through SAP.
3. Creating of PR & PO as per the strategy through SAP in coordination with the Finance Team.
4. Creation and Uploading of Task list and HK maintenance plans in SAP (Master Data).
5. Verification and processing of bills and ensuring timely payment to the vendors and maintain records.
6. Interacting with Vendors/Contractors on a day to day basis to ensure that the entire job related to HK runs smoothly.
7. Develop departmental training programs.
8. Auditing the units to ascertain the adherence of SOP and to ensure that the unit conforms to all the standards laid down by the company.
9. Needs to compile the customer feedback received through online portals and guide and take corrective measures in their region.
10. Ensure that at the Unit level issue of the training calendar for coming month to be made available so that staff can be trained for the shortcomings and ensure negative feedback is not repeated.
11. Perform any other duty as assigned by the management from time to time
