**Responsibilities**
- Preparing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
- Coordinating with suppliers to track and update delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinating with internal departments such as stores and accounts to coordinate with the receipt and payment of goods.
- Maintaining and updating the purchasing database and records, ensuring accurate and up-to date information.
- Assisting in resolving any supplier related issues or discrepancies, such as quality control or invoice discrepancies.
- Filing and maintaining the invoices.

**Qualification B.Com or M.Com**
