**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Job duties as a business development executive telecaller is to contact potential clients for investments.
- Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling.
- Noticing significant subtleties of every discussion.
- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
- Considering the details of each offering and staying side by the side of updates to these contributions.
- Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.
- Work closely with the investment and occupiers team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business leads.
- Document all call information and update the same in Excel sheets.
- Follow up clients calls where necessary.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Keep updating the existing data and maintaining Daily database.
- Noting important details of each conversation and sharing the details ahead with the Team.

Proficiency in English (both Oral and Written).

**Requirements**:
Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of computer and other telephone systems

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
