**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sourcing & Recruitment**:
- **Job Posting & Market Mapping**:
- Post job openings on relevant job portals (primarily Naukri) and other professional networks.
- Conduct market mapping to understand the talent pool for various manufacturing and corporate roles.
- **Talent Pipeline Management**:
- **Coordination & Reporting**:
- Coordinate interview schedules, offer letters, and pre-boarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on sourcing strategies, time-to-hire, and other KPIs.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- **Experience**:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Hands-on experience using **Naukri** and other sourcing tools and job portals.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** and other recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to manage and navigate multiple job portals and databases for efficient sourcing.
- **Desired Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in recruitment or HR-related courses is a plus.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
