**Booking and Scheduling: Schedule transportation services based on client requests and requirements, optimizing routes and ensuring on-time deliveries.**

**Communication: Act as the point of contact between clients, carriers, and other team members to provide updates and address any issues or changes in logistics.**

**Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, invoices, and delivery confirmation.**

**Problem Solving: Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.**

**Cost Efficiency: Monitor and analyze transportation costs to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.**

**Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.**

**Qualifications**:
**Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.**

**Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.**
