**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and manage BRC systems and documentation
- Establish and maintain checkpoints to ensure compliance with BRC standards
- Regularly update documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Monitor and enforce adherence to health and food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, QCOM)
- Implement and oversee health and food safety practices in production facilities
- Prepare for and participate in food health and safety audits
- Ensure certifications are current and compliant with regulatory standards
- Develop systems for ongoing compliance with food health and safety requirements

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Environmental Health, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in food safety, regulatory compliance, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of BRC standards and food safety regulations in India
- Experience with food health and safety audits and certification processes
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
