Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist at SSKV Boys MHSS, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement strategies that enhance students' ability to engage in daily activities, foster independence, and participate actively in the educational environment.

**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on students' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
- Educate teachers, parents, and caregivers about strategies to support students' needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and plan interventions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
