Ntt Teacher

**Location : Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of young children.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote exploration, discovery, and play-based learning in alignment with NTT principles.

**Classroom Management and Environment**:

- Establish a safe, welcoming, and child-centered classroom environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and positive social interactions.
- Organize and maintain classroom materials, resources, and learning centers to facilitate children's exploration, creativity, and independent learning.

**Individualized Instruction and Assessment**:

- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs, interests, and learning styles of individual children, providing personalized support and guidance as needed.
- Conduct ongoing observation and assessment of children's progress and development, using a variety of assessment tools and techniques to inform instructional planning and decision-making.

**Social-Emotional Learning and Support**:

- Implement social-emotional learning (SEL) activities and strategies to promote children's self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them navigate social interactions, express their feelings, and develop healthy coping strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2years of experience working as a nursery teacher or early childhood educator.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude to create a supportive and caring environment for children.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices, including early literacy and numeracy, art, music, and physical education.

Knowledge of child safety and emergency procedures
