**General Responsibilities**:
The Lead finance specialist for the Storage product line will be responsible for orchestrating the process to estimate, analyze and report the financials of the Storage projects.

The professional in this role will play an instrumental role in the pacing and forecasting processes from monthly forecast to budget and to strategic plan.

The individual will also be responsible for driving cross product line initiatives e.g. developing project financial dashboards, improving measurement of cost out actions, implementing smoother project profitability reviews and enforcing effective monthly reporting.
- Ensure the compliance of the projects with accounting standards and policies
- Establish and prepare the project margin reviews of the Storage projects
- Prepare the projects estimates (Sales, CM, Cashflow) for the regular pulsing mechanisms and on an ad hoc basis
- Run the closing process for the projects owned and ensure that the financial reporting is accurate

The role will also entail more ad-hoc deliverables based on the Hybrids CFO annual G&Os including the execution of the ERP roadmap implementation, harmonizing the analytical tools across the Hybrids projects, supporting the business initiatives to drive cost productivity, improving the working capital turns of the projects owned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or CAS graduate, FMP graduate or public accountancy are a plus
- 5 to 8 years of experience in operational finance roles and FP&A
- Experience of project accounting and standard cost manufacturing

- Can demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with non-finance staff.
- Quick learner and flexible mindset, capable to navigate and prosper in an unstable environment.
- Ability to work in a strongly multicultural team with numerous stakeholders and across different time zones
