**Qualifications**:

- **English Proficiency**: Native or near-native English proficiency, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is often required.
- **Experience**: Prior experience teaching IELTS preparation courses is preferred. Experience working with international students or in multicultural environments is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and common challenges faced by test-takers.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
