- Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet the specific needs of different departments within the organization.
- Utilize CRM data to develop personalized customer communication strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Organize and manage relevant property documents, contracts, and client communications within the CRM system.
- Implementing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies and tools

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
