Garment Technician

Ø Working closely with the designers, buyers and merchandisers to ensure product reflects the intended design and fits perfectly.

Ø Establishing and maintaining a high standard of quality while considering assigned product price point.

Ø Leading fit sessions by dictating alterations and style changes while reviewing product on a mannequin and communicating with the wider team.

Ø Tracking specification measurements at all stages of development to ensure bulk production fit, quality and construction meet minimum standards.

Ø Compile tech packs including digital technical drawings, indication of key construction details and minimum measurements.

Ø Assessing grading rules, cross checking product against block patterns and approving measurements and bill of materials prior to bulk production.

Ø Reviewing base and bulk test reports of all fabrics and trims and approving wash care instructions.

Ø Updating critical paths from initial samples to bulk production in conjunction with the product development and testing stages.

**Requirements**:
Ø 8 to 12 years of experience as technician

Ø Graduate/ Postgraduate/ Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology, Fashion/ Apparel Management

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
