Sales and Marketing Executive (Industrial Sector)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share.
- Analyze market data to inform and adjust sales tactics and marketing campaigns.

2. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions and technical support.
- Ensure open communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates promptly.

4. Marketing Campaigns:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage social media accounts and other digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility.

5. Product Knowledge and Technical Support:

- Provide technical assistance and training to customers on product usage and best practices.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine strategies and improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
- Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel
