**Position: English Faculty for an Edtech & coaching Institute at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai**

Qualifications Required**:MA (English) required. PhD in English will be preferred.**

Experience Required: 5 years of experience in teaching English Language at a school, edtech company or coaching Institute.

Other skills required: Should have excellent English communication skills. Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms may be required. Should know how to do curriculum development and lesson planning, and make instructional videos.

Job Responsibility:
1.Curriculum Development: Develop, design and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials. Design engaging and interactive lessons that promote student participation, using a variety of teaching methods.

2.Classroom Instruction: Deliver effective and engaging lectures, presentations, and discussions on various topics in English language, literature, and writing.

3.Assessments and Grading: Design and administer quizzes, tests, exams, essays, and other assignments to assess student knowledge and skills. Evaluate and grade student work promptly, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

4.Student Support and Guidance: Offer individualized assistance to students, addressing their questions, concerns, and academic needs. Provide guidance on research techniques, writing strategies, and effective communication skills.

5.Professional Development: Stay updated with advancements in the field of English language, literature, and teaching methodologies, attend workshops to enhance knowledge.
