Job Description Role: Independent Sales Representative (ISR) Key Responsibilities: Responsible for convincing retailers, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery to the outlets Responsible for proper product visibility and merchandising in all the outlets Ensure daily coverage of minimum 25-30 outlets as per the beat plan Ensure timely collection from outlets to distributor Ensure diligence in following processes e.g. using Sales Force apps, DMS etc. Key Requirements: Must have 1+ years of experience in General Trade in the local region Must have a Beauty and Personal Care Industry background Must have a Two - Wheeler for local travelling Must be fluent in local/regional spoken language
