**Job Title: Telesales Executive**

**Position Summary**:As a Telesales Executive at TLC DigiTech, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective telephonic communication and relationship-building with potential clients. Your role will involve promoting our tech products and services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Sales Calls**:Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the travel and hospitality sector.
Present and explain our tech products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.

**Lead Qualification**:Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
Assess potential clients' requirements and align our solutions to meet their business objectives.

**Sales Targets**:Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals.

**CRM Utilization**:Use CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about TLC DigiTech's tech products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales.

**Salary**:

- **25k-27k**
