- Strong experience with installation, configuration, and administration of SAS 9.1.3 or higher
- Create/maintain static and Ad-Hoc deliverables to communicate field performance and increase technician level efficiency.
- Experience with performance tuning SAS servers, troubleshooting, and automation of SAS jobs and code.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

**A Desktop Support Associate’s Ideal Day At WWS**

**Tech and Non-Tech. **Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards

**Desktop Support.** Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation.Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership

**Networking Assistance**.Should sound good in knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & Chrome Operating Systems The basics of cloud drives are to be updated along with basic Knowledge of VPN.
