Pgt Mathematics

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and rigorous mathematics lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology tools to facilitate student understanding and problem-solving skills in mathematics.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore concepts, and collaborate with their peers.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, interests, and abilities of students, including those with varying academic backgrounds and levels of proficiency.
- Assess student learning and progress using a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Stay current with developments in the field of mathematics education, including emerging trends, research findings, and best practices, and integrate this knowledge into instructional planning and delivery.
- Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support student achievement, well-being, and school-home partnerships.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance content knowledge, teaching skills, and pedagogical practices in mathematics.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or equivalent in Mathematics or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- State certification or licensure in Mathematics or Secondary Education.
- Prior teaching experience at the secondary school level, preferably in mathematics.
- Deep knowledge of mathematics content, principles, and problem-solving strategies.
- Strong pedagogical content knowledge and understanding of effective teaching strategies for promoting student learning and engagement in mathematics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing a supportive and challenging learning environment that fosters mathematical curiosity, perseverance, and growth mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
