This role will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and administrators to architect robust and innovative solutions using Salesforce best practices. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive the successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data model design, system integrations, security, and scalability.-
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions using Salesforce technologies.-
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.-
- Define and enforce coding and development standards to maintain the integrity and stability of the Salesforce platform.-
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.-
- Evaluate new Salesforce features, technologies, and third-party integrations to make recommendations for adoption.-
- Lead and participate in architectural discussions and decision-making processes to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.-
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices, and provide thought leadership to the organization.**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.-
- Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on architecture and solution design.-
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.-
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs.-
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing and security models, and declarative capabilities-
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms etc-
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.As a leading payments company in healthcare, we guide, price, explain, and pay for care on behalf of insurers and their members.
