Caretaker/cleaner

**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections of the property, both interior and exterior, to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Regularly inspect and clean common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, residents, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns.
- Assist tenants with move-in and move-out procedures.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and building staff.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work orders, and inventory.
- Prepare reports on property conditions and maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a caretaker, handyman, or in a related field preferred.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
