**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular social media audits and analysis to evaluate the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Generate reports on social media performance and present findings to the management team.

Cold call potential customers and explain the company's products/services.

Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Keep accurate records of calls made and results achieved.

Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

Provide information about products and services to potential customers.

Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or business.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.

Proficient in social media analytics tools.

Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
