**CONTENT WRITER AND COST EXECUTIVE**
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
- Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content.
- Support sales with quick response on enquiries received.
- Should have deep understanding of electrical swicthgear, automation and realted products.
- Should be able to identify and propose cost effective solution to customers.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success.
- Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.

**Requisite**:

- Technical educational background.
- Two or more years of experience as an costing/design engineer.
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Content writing: 1 year (preferred)
