- Delhi / NCR1. Coordination and communication with existing clients, corporates, trainers via mails, phone, interactions.
2. Completing assigned responsibilities and tasks from the Seniors -Founders of the orgn.
3. Taking notes and preparing proposals, replies to mails.
4. Preparing invoices, PO, payment follow ups and sending them to the clients.
5. Maintaining MIS of trainings held, and Payments received
6. Making proposals and responding to clients in coordination with the seniors
7. Vendor Management, Travel, Desk Management and Negotiation.
8. Travel Management: (Air, Train, Bus, Car, etc).
9. Facility / Utility Management: (Maintenance of A/Cs, Fridges, Water Coolers, Beverage Dispensers,
Filters, etc.)
10. Mass mailing and individual mailing to the clients.
11. Some bank work if required.
12. Upkeep of the office through the office boy.
