Site Foreman

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise day-to-day operations at the site.

Control and monitor labor, materials, and equipment, and any other related matters.

Engage in fabrication/carpentry work.

Coordinate with the design and purchase departments to ensure the timely delivery of products.

Collaborate with contractors and vendors.

Prepare and submit site reports and bills to the respective departments.

Responsible for site measurements.

Verify working drawings against site measurements to ensure accuracy.

Ensure quality control in site works.

prepare daily site reports and share with Project Head.

Maintain the site logbook.

Responsible for minutes of the meeting that include discussions with the client, project head, CEO, and MD.

Complete projects within predetermined budgets and quality standards, adhering to timelines.

Complete the project within the designated time frame and take necessary steps to ensure a timely handover.

Collect testimonials from clients after project handover.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years professional experience on residential, commercial spaces and office spaces interior work execution.
- Track record of executing outstanding high quality interior works especially in UV & ACP kitchen cabinets.
- Excellent knowledge of interior materials.
- Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of cost of the interior materials.
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Knowledge in Quantity take-off.
- Driving licence (Both two wheeler and four wheeler)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
