**Requirement**:

- Maters's degree in Chemistry ;
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a teaching certification is preferred.

**Work Experience**:

- Previous experience teaching chemistry at the high school level is an advantage, but new graduates with relevant coursework and a passion for education are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver comprehensive and well-structured chemistry lessons to high school students, aligning with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies that cater to various learning styles, ensuring that all students are actively engaged and motivated to learn.
- Use a variety of instructional methods, materials, and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences, including hands-on experiments, multimedia presentations, and group discussions.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly through quizzes, tests, projects, and other assessment tools, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of students' progress, grades, attendance, and other relevant data, ensuring compliance with school policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, curiosity, and a love for learning among students.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and academic performance, fostering strong partnerships between school and home.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
