Your role as a Product Development Manager will be to take on the responsibility for a specific/several projects in our organization. You will be in charge of planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting the project with the use of various project management methodologies, such as AWS,SAAS,etc.

- Experience building mobile and web products - including experience working on products with developer facing interfaces (i.e. APIs and SDKs) and shipping elegant customer-facing products.
- Experience in the e-commerce/retail/payments industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
- Should have 3+ years of working experience in SAAS.
- Working knowledge in multiple projects as a developer.
- Proven experience in AWS.
- Superlative analytical skills and commendable communication.
- Flexibility in shifts is appreciated.

**A Product Development Manager’s Ideal Day At WWS**

Create Product and Market Strategy. As an evident B2B SaaS business model strategy depends on extensive market research due to the ever-changing product-market fit metrics and dynamic customer demands. Conventionally it will be the product manager’s responsibility to create and roll out a strategy outline, circulating it around the primary stakeholders,which makes it the basis of customer success.Depending on the complexity and scope of the product,the strategy would be encouraged to be divided on developmental stages.

Oversee Product Design. A robust field of Product Development would require to brainstorm and design elements that trigger the idea generation phase, to sum up and analyze customer feedback on previous iterations or competitor products,finalizing a design to be implemented. The supervisor would dually be more involved with the design to development strategy.

Scope to Scale Product Launch. Develop and execute project work plans using the deployed software with the project team.Tend to work on streamlining a product launch by coming up with a strategy ,outlining a roadmap implementing CRM, sales, marketing, project management tools. Development and Deployment for a product includes the tasks to be assigned and on to each of the departments involved on respective responsibilities.
