**Job Description**:

- Managing Modern trade accounts at Pan India level like Croma, More Retail Ltd., MAX Hypermarket, Metro Cash & Carry and Sales India.
- Responsible for Primary Sell-out.
- New product listing, Counter share, Display share, Scheme implementation, Marketing activation and promotion.
- Responsible for Payment Collection as per Credit Term with Partner and Reconciliation of account quarterly.
- Review of Target setting of Sell out team on monthly and Quarterly basis.
- Visit to Store and Partner, weekly review on Sell out and sell-in, Market intelligence for right strategy, Inventory planning and keep WOS in control.
- Strong relations with customer to achieve more than 100% sales objective YOY.
- Monthly Forecast and planning with SCM (internal) and Category to increase fill ratio.
- Coordination with Marketing Team for effective communication at stores, POSM, SOH and fixture.
