Urgent Required **IT Officer (Offrole) **for Leading Manufacturing Company Located At Dahej

**Offrole Position**

Max Budget -30K P.M.

The Purpose of this role is to support IT Infrastructure at our Plant Locations ( **Dahej & Moraiya**). Upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT Issues and maintaining our network and servers.

**Responsibility / Accountability Clusters**

**IT Hardware Support**
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner and handheld devices)
- Troubleshooting hardware malfunctions
- Responding to user support requests & contacting user to find out the nature of the problem.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems based on needs or routine visit
- Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and computer peripherals.

**IT Installation Support**
- Installing and upgrading operating systems
- Installing and configuring new software and updating existing software to meet company objectives
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
- Installing and configuring SAP, VPN & Telnet Server

**Network & Telecommunication**
- Troubleshooting network devices and ensuring 100% Network uptime
- Troubleshooting of Local Printers (Barcode, Labels) and Network Printers
- Proficiency in Installation, Commissioning, Administration and Maintenance of LAN/WAN/VLAN
- Installing Network racks, Switches, Routers and Wi-Fi Access Point Devices
- Monitoring and maintaining networks, NAS and servers
- IT Support to instrument teams

**Security & Backup**
- Implementing and Ensuring security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats by installing security apps and monitoring
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Ensuring Data backing up and archiving data.
- Data retrieval and recovery procedures.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dahej, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Security & Backup Work: 1 year (required)
- IT Hardware Support work: 1 year (preferred)
- Network & Telecommunication work: 1 year (required)
- IT Installation Support work: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- IT Course Certificate (required)
