**About the Department**

Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore is a global RA hub consisting of a strong team of high calibre regulatory professionals. The objective of the team is to offer core Regulatory Affairs (RA) competencies enabling NovoNordisk (NN) secure fast, high quality product approvals. The team delivers full strategic and operational support on a global scale across value chain on core regulatory processes across NN product portfolio. We provide regulatory expertise and work very closely with our colleagues in RAHQ, Denmark (DK) as well as colleagues in our affiliates all over the world.

**The Position**
- Conceptualize, design and develop outstanding creative based on written briefs that are given.
- Advanced understanding of design principles such as color, typography, layout, and information design
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring in line with NN branding.
- Fluent with the Adobe suite - Photoshop (channels), Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience along with Graduation and/or post-graduation/ comparable degree is required.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities since this is an individual contributor role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Project management skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are expected.
- Good understanding on PC illustration handling and colour separations.
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
