**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**: Conducting interactive and engaging classroom sessions to deliver JEE and NEET curriculum content, explaining complex concepts in a simplified manner to enhance student understanding.

2. **Study Material Preparation**: Creating and reviewing study materials, practice papers, and mock tests that align with the latest exam patterns and syllabus, providing students with valuable learning resources.

3. **Student Mentoring**: Guiding and mentoring students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and providing personalized support to help them improve their academic performance.

4. **Doubt Resolution**: Addressing students' queries and doubts, both inside and outside the classroom, ensuring their conceptual clarity and overall progress.

5. **Performance Assessment**: Conducting regular assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to track students' progress and providing feedback to students and parents.

6. **Motivational Support**: Inspiring and motivating students to stay focused, committed, and confident in their exam preparation journey.

7. **Maintaining Classroom Discipline**: Ensuring a positive and disciplined learning environment in the classroom to facilitate effective teaching and learning.

8. **Attendance and Progress Reporting**: Keeping track of students' attendance and academic progress, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to the management as required.

**Requirements**:
2. **Passion for Teaching**: A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students, coupled with the ability to make complex concepts easily understandable.

3. **Effective Communication**: Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Marathi or Hindi to effectively connect with students and explain concepts clearly.

4. **Adaptability**: Willingness to undergo a six-month training program and adapt teaching methodologies as per the institute's guidelines.

5. **Patience and Empathy**: Patience in handling students' doubts and concerns, along with empathy towards their challenges in preparing for competitive exams.

6. **Tech-Savviness**: Comfortable using technology and multimedia aids to enhance teaching delivery and create interactive learning experiences.
