Role Description:

- Understand Product top VPS issues in field / Generate PPFR / Demonstrate / Prove to Back end team
- ECR Management ( Impact Analysis on Interchangeability / Side effects / Child Parts / Kit requirements / Field vaildation) - )Technical evaluation)
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Product Actions through MIS (Data Analysis)
- Validate QIB adequacy & Communicate to field
- Drive implementation of specific product actions in field for VPS Improvement
- Provide support to field for resolving critical product Problems (Guiding / Sending Modified Parts / App development, Audits) / Closure of Threads in Forum
- Review / Coach / Drive adherence of Check points in Focus Area for VPS improvement as per review schedule / Frequent interaction with Area team on VPS
- Training of WMs and Technicians for VPS Improvement
- Validation of Technical Summit solutions and implement as M1 solution in field / Implement in Product level as applicable
- Field coordination for In-Service emission check at Factory end
- Development of Technical Charts and Videos on critical topics
- VCS / MIS Updation
- Develop Automated reports through IT Projects
- Support to Service support team to resolve escalated complaints / social Media complaints
